LevelUp is a personal coaching platform that gamifies personal development through fantasy-themed goal tracking and coaching services. We provide character creation, quest assignment, progress tracking, and optional paid coaching sessions.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Coaching Services
Paid coaching services are subject to availability and our standard pricing. Coaching sessions should be scheduled in advance and are subject to our cancellation policy. LevelUp coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property
The LevelUp platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LevelUp and protected by intellectual property laws. Your character data and progress belong to you, but the underlying systems and frameworks remain our property.
Limitation of Liability
LevelUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
